In cooperation with Simon Busse Studio and the Kreon product design team, a luminaire was developed with the aim of providing the Mila Wall partition wall with visually appealing lighting that is as minimalist as possible in its design language and ensures optimum illumination of the Mila Wall partition wall system.

For optimum illumination

Extensive studies and several workshops were carried out for this purpose and ultimately a luminaire was produced that enables optimum illumination of the exhibits on display, depending on requirements and the configuration of the partition walls. The special feature of the Kreon luminaire is that only a relatively short bracket arm is required and yet the entire wall is evenly illuminated.

The light falls from top to bottom and illuminates a uniformly illuminated width of around one meter. The short bracket arm also means that the light beam starts very close to the top edge of the wall and reaches right down to the floor. This is mainly due to the high-performance facet reflector with which the luminaire is equipped. The light is emitted from a recessed opening in the front round body. The primary beam of the luminaire has no dispersion due to the design of the light emission.

Flexible and freely movable

Like our other luminaires, the Kreon luminaire can be flexibly suspended in the aluminum frame and moved freely at any time so that the light source is available exactly where you need it. The luminaire is mounted without any screws, using a slot nut that is suspended in a self-supporting manner and fixed in place by the luminaire's own weight. Furthermore, the transformer of the KREON luminaire is conveniently integrated into the luminaire body.

CEBUS

Wall light

The Cebus luminaire is also one of our wall washers and, like the Kreon luminaire, provides uniform wall illumination over a wide area. The Cebus luminaire has a flexible head that can be used to adjust the angle of inclination.

It is particularly suitable for illuminating vertical wall surfaces at exhibitions, trade fairs and art galleries as well as in the point-of-sale area. The luminaire head is made of die-cast aluminum with a matt finish.

The Ra value of 80 % is achieved with an output of 17 watts. To achieve optimum illumination, the luminaire head can be tilted by 90 degrees and rotated 360 degrees around the axis of the bracket. Cooling of the luminaire body is ensured by the cooling fins on the top, so that a constant color temperature of 4000 K (neural white) is achieved.

Mounting the Cebus light

The Cebus light is also mounted without tools by hooking it in. It is also fixed in place by its own weight. Furthermore, no ballast is required. The supplied cable from lamp to transformer has a length of at least 3 meters. The cable from transformer to flat plug has a length of at least 1.5 meters. Our lights can be combined with each other using so-called Mini Wieland plugs, so that only one 230 volts plug needs to be plugged in at the end. The cables can then be conveniently laid in the aluminum groove so that no cables are visible.
